Bellevue Village is a new 13.5 acre masterplanned community. It is designed by John Saliken of SUVA Architect to be a vibrant, walkable neighbourhood with public spaces.

Phase 1, Lakeview, includes 150 luxury 1 – 3 bedroom rental units with exclusive underground parking for residents. The project also includes 37,000 square feet of retail opportunity with ample ground-level parking available. Bellevue Village will be welcoming residents and tenants in early 2019. The masterplan will include a variety of community amenities.
